Ehma crouched into an unknown territory, growling with curiosity,
her eyes flicked to a shadow, what moved? she thought in her head.
Something was very suspicious about this new place.
Serenity heard the growling and jumped from her observation platform growling at the intruder. "Who are you?" she asked savagely.
"I am Deh'Mara, and who may you be wench?" she said gruffly.
Serenity growled slightly. "Serenity. What kind of breed are you?" she answered and tilted her head.
Ehma stepped foward, almost nose-to-nose
with Serenity, "This be some kind of trick ye be playin?" She said
with anger. "I have no time for playing around." She mumbled, as
she looked around her.
"No!" Serenity snapped. "Tell me what breed you are!"
Ehma stared puzzled. "I be a border collie,
what is this place?" She said, wondering.
Serenity sneered. "A Border Collie? Where you ever owned?"
"Yes, actually, I was. And I'm better
off on my own. After being unfed for days you must
defend your self, and I end up here..what is this
place?" She gloomily replied.
"This is my territory. And it is unwise to cross through this dangerous area. You'd have better chances on one of the Districts or the park. The old mall isn't a bad selection either. I could show you around..." Serenity replied trying to smile her best.
"Tis be unwise, but I be wiser than the
wind. What do you say, we make a deal?" She snickered.
"What do you mean?" Serenity growled.
"You shall give me task, say, a hard one?
And if I complete it..may I stay here?" She snarled.
Serenity growled at the rudiness. Her face softened. "Let me show you my 'Home'..." Serenity cantered to the Outer Rim Alleys, where another dog awaited them.
